Not sure when Weezer went from being a alt rock band with great pop sensibilities to a power-pop machine, but I have to say I’m not upset about it in the least. Their latest single hit the web today. Take a listen to “(If You’re Wondering If I Want You To) I Want You To.” I’m not sure if Rivers is being ironic anymore or if it’s sincere bubblegum, but I’m no longer 16, so I can definitely get on board with this new track regardless of where it’s coming from.
