CMJ: Bustle in Your Hedgegrow

Last night Marco Benevento, Joe Russo, Dave Driewitz (Ween), and Scott Metzger (RANA) teamed up again as Bustle in Your Hedgegrow to bring Led Zeppelin covers to Brooklyn Bowl. I’ve been trying to get out and see these guys for years now, and glad I was able to this time.
Two firsts for me, Brooklyn Bowl and these guys rockin it – I highly recommend both. I think it goes without saying, but Russo on drums is as about as close as you could get to having Bonham resurrected. Driewitz on bass was killer – he plays with that dirty P-bass style, total rock. I managed to get a few so-so pictures and this short clip of Out on the Tiles.
